Office Space is an area within Mass Production Array in Pragmata, the latest action-adventure from Capcom. The REM here is tied to an environmental puzzle built around a single hacking switch that cycles platforms in and out of the walls, and the whole sequence needs to be done in the correct order.
One important thing to note before you start: this REM cannot be collected on your first visit to Office Space. You need the Lim Eraser ability before you can progress here, so if you haven't got it yet, fast travel back once you do.
Step 1: Fast travel to Office Space and clear the first Lim crystals
Fast travel to the Office Space hatch. Once you're out, exit through the smaller door rather than the double door, then head right. You'll come across a deposit of Lim crystals blocking the way. Use the Lim Eraser to clear them.
Step 2: Take the elevator and locate the hacking switch
Take the elevator down into the larger space beyond. This room is filled with Lim crystal deposits and a central structure. Head behind the central structure and find the hacking switch. This single switch controls all of the platforms in the room, cycling them in and out with each activation. Each hack causes one group of platforms to appear while another disappears; one of them will give you a small window to move – only a few seconds, so be ready to act quickly.
Step 3: Hack the switch and climb the first platforms
Hack the switch. Platforms will appear. Climb them, then erase the Lim crystals ahead of you. Jump across to where the crystals were, then turn around and hack the switch again. A new platform will form. Climb it and reach the bus.
Step 4: Cross to the safe box platform
From the bus, jump across to the platform in the middle of the room, the one sitting above the switch. From there, jump again to the next platform where the safe box is located. Open it. All safe boxes count as collectibles, so it's worth grabbing before you continue.
Step 5: Hack the switch from the small platform extension and reach the far end
Return to the central platform. You'll notice a small box acting as a platform extension on one side. Stand on it, aim at the switch, and hack it. This causes a platform to rise from the left. If you stay where you are, it will close your path, so the moment you've hacked it, jump onto the central platform and then quickly forward onto the bus before the rising platform cuts off your path.
From the bus, jump and dash straight ahead, following the lunafilament orbs, and land on the newly formed platform at the far end of the room. This opens up the route upward.
Step 6: Follow the lunafilament to the REM
Climb the platforms ahead of you and follow the lunafilament. It will lead you left, then down to the edge of a ventilation pipe. From the pipe, hack the switch once more, then jump to the platform on the right and climb the newly formed platforms that follow.
Keep following the blue edges and you won't go wrong. Erase one final Lim crystal deposit, jump across to where it was, and hack the switch from there one last time. Jump back the way you came, climb the final platform, and collect the REM.
