Flask of Wondrous Physick can be found in the Third Church of Marika, in the Northeast part of the starting area.
Once you get to the Third Church of Marika, finding the flask won't be a hard task since it's right there, sitting in the centre of the ruins.
What does Flask of Wondrous Physick do?
You can use the flask to mix different combinations of tears that can instantly restore your HP, activate a protective shield around you that will protect you from the next attack or slowly restore your HP.
As you uncover more tears, you can combine them to support your preferred playstyle. Tears can be found all over the Lands Between.
