From Software recently revealed the first gameplay trailer for the upcoming Elden Ring expansion called Shadow of Erdtree. The trailer showcased new locations, enemy types, characters and many new bosses.
We've spotted a total of eight characters/creatures that could appear as bosses in Shadow of the Erdtree expansion. We've seen a bunch of fights and cinematics and based on that, we've made a list of bosses that you can expect to see in the DLC.
So if Shadow of Erdtree is something that you're excited about, and want to see at least a glimpse into the game's new formidable foes, read on below.

Keep in mind that we don't have many details about some of these bosses, including their names and their role in the world is, as From Software are still keeping things under wraps.
1. Messmer the Impaler
2. A big, "my cage is on fire" guy
3. This king of the jungle monster
4. Lady in red
5. Brave knight on a wild hog
6. The two-phase hippo
7. Horseman skeleton
8. Old man who uses his bones as a sword
We expect to see more bosses in upcoming trailers that From Software and Bandai Namco should share as we get closer to the release date.
Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree is officially launching on June 21, 2024, for PC, PlayStation 4/5 and Xbox One / Series X|S.
