League of Legends players can look forward to a highly anticipated upcoming update, Patch 13.14, following Riot's Summer break. This expansive patch promises an array of exciting additions, including the introduction of a new champion called Naafiri, as well as an innovative game mode.
Riot has already released the game mode on the Public Beta Environment (PBE), and the community reception has been overwhelmingly positive. The fresh game mode, called Arena 2v2v2v2, sets the stage for thrilling showdowns as two players from four different teams clash against each other.
The last team standing emerges victorious, while each team engages in continuous combat until a final champion is crowned. This mode presents an enticing blend of skillful mechanics and unexpected twists, adding an element of randomness to the gameplay.
These champions should be banned in every lobby to avoid dealing with their strength in the 2v2v2v2 Arena game mode:
- Taric: The ultimate must-ban champion in Arena due to his strength as an enchanter and facilitator, amplified by his game-changing ultimate, making him a top pick when paired with champions like Kayle and Kindred.
- Twitch: Absurdly powerful with range and stealth mechanics, making him a strong pick in team compositions, especially with an enchanter.
- Karma: Considered the strongest enchanter in the game mode, offering versatility with buffs and damage, particularly benefiting from augments.
- Milio: The second strongest enchanter, providing valuable healing and range extension, amplifying ADCs like Twitch and Jinx.
- Kayle: Surprisingly strong due to scaling and ultimate safety net, becoming a menace when paired with an Enchanter.
- Lulu: A versatile enchanter who pairs well with many champions on the list, offering CC, buffs, and Wild Growth, making her a top choice in the mode.
- Kog'Maw: A powerful artillery cannon when paired with an Enchanter, dealing safe damage from range but susceptible to assassins.
- Maokai: An annoying tank with sustain, crowd control, and annoying saplings, making him a strong partner for duo carries.
- Heimerdinger: Annoying due to his turret placement, causing difficulties in approaching him within the limited arena space.
- Master Yi: The final champion on the ban list due to his ability to solo win a 2v2 with the right support, but can be countered by crowd control (CC) compositions.
