Riot has introduced an upcoming ultimate skin called Soul Fighter Samira, which is set to be released in patch 13.14. Champion skins are highly sought-after cosmetics in League of Legends, and the ultimate tier is particularly coveted.
Ultimate skins offer a plethora of unique features, including a distinct model, revamped animations, additional visual and sound effects, new voiceovers, and special gimmicks. The first ultimate skin, Pulsefire Ezreal, was launched in 2012, and the most recent one prior to this announcement was K/DA Seraphine in 2020.
Since then, there had been no information or releases regarding ultimate skins. However, Riot confirmed during the summer event that Samira would be receiving an ultimate skin, and they have now unveiled Soul Fighter Samira in all its glory.
Soul Fighter Samira price and release date
Soul Fighter Samira, like other ultimate skins, will be priced at 3250 RP. Fans can expect the release of the Soul Fighter skin line on patch 13.14, which is slated to go live on Thursday, July 20, 2023.
Soul Fighter Samira introduces a distinctive feature in the form of a unique UI for her combo meter. The skin's animations are noted for their sleek and polished quality.
In line with recent legendary skins, this ultimate skin includes a penta-kill animation. However, some players have expressed concerns about the skin not providing as much content or features as other ultimate skins.
It remains to be seen how players will perceive the skin once it is released, and we will have to wait for further details.
