The Division 2 has finally arrived on the biggest digital storefront in the world, although it seems to be too late.

When The Division 2 was first released, it looked like a proper upgrade over the original game but as time went on, Ubisoft didn't manage to keep the gears rolling and the game fell out of the headlines.

Three years later, Ubisoft decided to release it on Steam but it may be too late for the looter shooter that once seemed to have a bright future.

In 2023, The Division 2 is a mess of a game that is often crashing on PC so it is hard to recommend it to anyone but here we are anyway.

Ubisoft is trying desperately to increase revenue streams after years of releasing games only on Epic Games Store and uPlay, or Ubisoft Connect as it is known now, which led to drops in sales and severe issues that caused the company to downsize future projects by cancelling even more games.

Still, there are some potential ways players can enjoy The Division 2 so if you are looking to give it a shot, now would be a good time to get it due to the 70 per cent discount on Steam.

Keep in mind that you will need the Warlords of New York expansion for the full experience, which will double the price to $18 / €18, provided you get it while it's on sale.
