Super Mario Run is still running strong, Nintendo still not posting any sale figures
A week has passed since Super Mario launched worldwide on December 15th. Nintendo announced over its twitter feed today, that the game has been downloaded 50 million times.
There is still no public statement from Nintendo, regarding Mario's sales performance. A number of those 50 million downloads most likely never moved past the first three free levels of the game, and everyone is eagerly awaiting some concrete data from Nintendo. It is also possible that there will be no official comment from the games company, until after the Android release of the game "at some point in the future".
