It looks like the rumours about Monster Hunter World on Switch are true. Today, Nintendo have officially announced a new Nintendo Direct Mini, where they will focus on revealing more information on upcoming Switch games from third-party publishers.
The Direct Mini will kick off tomorrow, September 17, 2020, at 7:00 AM PT / 4:00 PM CET. Here is the full announcement from Nintendo:
"Tune in 9/17 at 7 a.m. PT for a live-streamed Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase, featuring information on upcoming #NintendoSwitch titles exclusively from our publishing partners."
As you may already know, a reliable leaker Dusk Golem recently revealed that Nintendo and Capcom will announce Monster Hunter World for Switch very soon and it looks like the time has come for that reveal.
Other than that, we do not know what games will appear at the show but it is safe to say that we expect to see a lot of exciting reveals of Switch ports. Our personal wishes would be NieR: Automata and Persona 5: Royale. A bit unlikely but these two ports would certainly excite many Switch fans.
