In a fairly unique move, Marvel's Midnight Suns has arrived to last-gen consoles after being available on the current-gen ones.
Marvel's Midnight Suns turned out to be a fantastic game that was ultimately held back by performance and stability issues, which is probably the reason why the last-gen consoles didn't get it until now.
With several major patches related to performance and stability, it appears that Firaxis finally deemed the game ready to run on weaker hardware and here we are.
Midnight Suns is now available on PS4 and Xbox One, with an introductory discount of 50 per cent.
This brings the price down to $30 for the standard edition or $50 for the legendary edition. The latter contains all the DLC so far, meaning you get extra missions to recruit four additional team members - Venom, Deadpool, Storm and Morbius.
PS Plus will be required for the Sony's console if you want the discount. Both sides' discount offer ends on May 25, 2023.
In case you missed what the game is all about, it is basically XCOM with superheroes but it also gave up the percentage-based attacks and traded them in for a card deck system that allows each hero's abilities to shine.
Some team members are more powerful than others so make sure you befriend them and maximise their potential.
