Marvel Rivals is leveling up with Season 7.5, which will see the addition of PvE-focused content in the superhero crossover fighter. NetEase revealed that Season 7.5 content will launch on April 17, 2026, with additional features being released throughout the month.
Leading the charge is Blood Hunt and Black Cat. Black Cat will be available at the start of Season 7.5 for players to play around with. But players won’t have to wait long for the season’s major feature as Blood Hunt will be live starting April 23 as the PvE mode makes its debut.
Blood Hunt explained
Blood Hunt pits players against brand-new story content as opposed to the standard competitive game mode. This season players can complete four boss fights while building upon their teamwork and strategies with friends.
Blood Hunt will also introduce hero progression and traits to further support unique builds, along with a new loot system for PvE modes.
Hellfire Gala event
April will also see the Hellfire Gala event taking place, which will include skins for Magik, Gambit, Moon Knight, Emma Frost, and Phoenix. Players will receive the Emma Frost Gala Star costume for free, as it was player’s game-wide choice last season.Later in the month on April 30, the Path to Doomsday event’s first phase will arrive.
This new Avengers-themed mode allows players to “experience moments” based on Avengers: Infinity War through asymmetrical battles against Loki and other on-going events within the Times Square map.
Season 7.5 offers a heavy dose of PvE content as Marvel Rivals works to expand upon what’s outside of its regular game modes.
