Tier 3 Boots overview
Tier 3 Boots require the Blessing of Noxus and two legendary items to craft.

- Armored Advance: Provides armor, movement speed, and a shield against physical damage.
- Chainlaced Crushers: Focuses on magic resistance, tenacity, and shields against magic damage.
- Crimson Lucidity: Offers summoner spell haste, movement speed, and bonuses for healing and shielding allies.
- Gunmetal Greaves: Grants attack speed and movement speed boosts on-hit.
- Swiftmarch: Prioritizes movement speed and slow resistance for rapid map rotations.
New items

- Aegis of the Legion: Reduced total cost, now builds into the newly introduced Unending Despair, which enhances health, armor, and magic resistance.
- Bloodletter’s Curse: Introduces a stacking magic resistance reduction mechanic, perfect for AP champions.
- Warmog’s Armor: A new recipe adds the Warmog’s Vitality passive, scaling bonus health based on items.
