Jinx, similar to Aphelios, is a formidable champion in League of Legends and is often considered to be exceptionally powerful. So, they will receive much deserved nerfs in the upcoming patch!
LoL Patch 13.10, known as the Mid-season patch, brought about substantial alterations to the core mechanics of the game, making it one of the most significant updates in Season 13.
Alongside various enhancements like new Mythic items for Marksmen and Assassins and modifications to existing items, it also introduced some balancing issues that necessitated further adjustments.
These follow-up changes will be addressed in Patch 13.11, which will not only address the issues from the previous patch but also include the highly anticipated revamps for champions Rell and Ivern. Additionally, the much-awaited DRX skins will make their debut in this upcoming patch.

Aurelion Sol seems to be a perennial target for nerfs in every League of Legends patch since his Champion Gameplay Update (CGU). It is hoped that the latest round of nerfs will finally achieve the desired balance for the Space Dragon, sparing him from further adjustments in the future.
Aphelios
For those who have been closely observing the Professional Play meta in recent months, it becomes evident just how formidable Aphelios is.
His dominance was particularly notable during MSI 2023, where both Aphelios and Jinx emerged as highly sought-after marksmen, frequently finding themselves at the center of champion selection. In almost every match, both teams eagerly opted for Aphelios and Jinx, with the only exception occurring when they were banned from play.
