According to the data from SteamDB, more than 7,100 games are now playable, verified or supported on Valve's handheld console Steam Deck.
The Steam Deck is a fantastic portable gaming device created by Valve that allows you to play a wide range of games via your Steam account. The device's popularity is highly supported by sales numbers. Valve has sold over one million units of Steam Deck since its release in February 2022. The success of the Steam Deck was very high, and the company is already planning a successor for the product.
Since the launch of this portable console, the list of titles supported by Steam Deck has been rapidly increasing. Now, according to SteamDB , 7,124 games are now verified or playable on Valve’s latest handheld gaming console; 2,709 games are verified, 4,415 are playable, and 2,469 are unsupported on the console. However, because the above statistic is based on SteamDB testing, the number of playable games is likely to be significantly higher.
The majority of the games supported by Steam Deck are mostly playable, but with varying degrees of flaws and glitches. Many of these games, however, may be finished on the Steam Deck.
One of the main reasons for Steam Deck's continued success has been Valve's ongoing support. The company has been eager to address new and current issues while also working on game compatibility.
Valve added Dark Souls 2 to the list of verified titles in December. Previously, it was stated that more than half of the top 100 Steam titles are in the playable or verified categories. Recent titles, such as High on Life, are also available on Steam Deck.
