With just over a month to go until Halo: Campaign Evolved lands on 28 July, Halo Studios has shared the full PC hardware requirements via the official Halo account on X. The specs cover four tiers: Low, Medium, High, and Ultra, targeting 1080p, 1440p, and 4K at 60fps, respectively, alongside a healthy list of PC-specific features including uncapped framerate, DLSS, FSR, XeSS, and TSR upscaling, plus Nvidia Reflex, AMD Anti-Lag, and Intel XeLL latency modes.
The entry point is reasonable. Low settings targeting 1080p at 60fps ask for an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 or Intel Core i7-10700K on the CPU side, paired with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Super, AMD Radeon RX 6600, or Intel Arc A580 on GPU, with 16GB of RAM and 8GB of VRAM. Medium bumps the resolution target to 1440p at 60fps, requiring an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X or Intel Core i5-12600K alongside an RTX 3070 or AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT.
The recommended High preset, which targets 4K at 60fps, calls for an AMD Ryzen 7 7700 or Intel Core i7-12700K, an RTX 3080 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 9070, 32GB of RAM, and 12GB of VRAM. Ultra, also targeting 4K at 60fps with maximum settings, steps up to an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X or Intel Core i9-13900K, an RTX 4080, and 16GB of VRAM.
Across all tiers, the game requires an SSD with 100GB of available space, and runs on Windows 10 22H2 64-bit or Windows 11, with ReBAR recommended. For PC players on mid-range hardware from the last couple of years, the specs are encouraging. An RTX 3070 hitting 1440p at 60fps is a solid ask, and the support for every major upscaling solution means players with slightly older cards have multiple paths to a smooth experience. Premium and Collector's Edition owners get early access from 23 July, five days ahead of the general launch.
Halo: Campaign Evolved launches 28 July 2026 on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5, marking the first time the franchise has appeared on a Sony platform. Premium and Collector's Edition owners get early access from 23 July, five days ahead of the general launch.
