Fortnite Crew is coming to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate this month and it will be officially live on November 18. Members of Game Pass Ultimate can now get Fortnite Crew, which usually costs 11.99 a month, as a part of their subscription.
Players will now receive the regular monthly items for Fortnite as well as some outside-of-game benefits with the Crew membership. Fortnite will also be available on PC through Xbox on November 18.
Players will be able to access the Xbox game library, including Fortnite, through Xbox on PC without having to use the Epic Games Launcher. Fortnite is a Xbox Play Anywhere game, meaning any progress, purchases and unlocks will sync across Xbox consoles, PC and compatible handheld devices.
What Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Members Get With Fortnite Crew
Starting November 18, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will get all the benefits of Fortnite Crew, which grants access to all of its monthly rewards and ongoing membership bonuses.
Members can enjoy all of their benefits in Fortnite and Rocket League on Xbox consoles, Xbox on PC, and other compatible handheld devices as soon as they log in to the games.
Fortnite Crew includes the following:
- Fortnite Crew Pack
- Battle Pass
- OG Pass
- LEGO Pass
- Music Pass
- 1,000 V-Bucks each month
- Rocket Pass Premium in Rocket League
Fortnite Crew Pack contains a new exclusive outfit every month, plus at least one matching accessory. The Crew Pack for November features the Maxx Speed outfit, the latest in a line of Crew-only themed cosmetics.
Rocket Pass Premium is a bonus reward for Rocket League players, which adds premium progression rewards for Rocket League on top of all the Crew benefits for Fortnite. Bonus benefits may vary from month to month, but they give members extra value if they play both games.
Fortnite Launches on PC Through Xbox With Full Cross-Progression
Fortnite making its way to Xbox on PC is a huge leap for the platform. It’s one that benefits not just from Xbox Play Anywhere support, where all purchases, unlocked cosmetics, achievements and progression will be tied to the player’s account no matter where they are playing the game, but also allows gamers to seamlessly switch between Xbox Series X or S, Xbox One, PC, or other eligible handheld devices while maintaining all of that content.
Coupled with the availability of Fortnite’s Crew on Game Pass Ultimate, Xbox is moving into a much larger, more cohesive ecosystem. Giving new and returning players an easy path to get into the game, while also providing ongoing value with monthly rewards and the cross-platform playability.
