Xur is back for another week of epic sales in Destiny 2 and this time around, he's careful with those weapon rolls in order not to become a hostage again.
Guardians can find Xur in the Tower hangar this week. If you're not familiar with the exact location, place a waypoint on Amanda Holliday and spawn in The Courtyard. Follow the waypoint on your UI until you reach her and then turn left towards the landing pad. Head to it and you'll notice Xur on the catwalks to the left.
From October 29 to November 2, 2021, Xur is selling:

Destiny 2 community held Xur hostage last week because True Pophecy had an amazing roll all around but this week's same weapon might be appealing only to a niche group of players. For example, this is the perfect weapon for those looking to build around Ashen Wake.

Hunters have an amazing roll on Shards of Galanor as only Resilience and Strength have low stats while everything else is above average. On the other hand, their Legendary armour pieces didn't roll with any jaw-dropping stat spreads.
Warlocks should absolutely pick up the chest piece this week, it has 23 Recovery and 20 Intellect, making it one of the best possible rolls. Similarly, the boots rolled with his Recovery and Intellect so give them a round of consideration as well.
Titans have several 60+ pieces to choose from but nothing as impressive as the Hunter and Warlocks this week.
