Deep Silver and KING Art Games have launched a new CGI trailer showing off the Space Marines of Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV and introducing their unlikely partnership between the Blood Ravens and Dark Angels.
In the trailer we see the opening salvoes of the battle for Kronus, as the Blood Ravens struggle against a stronger enemy before reinforcements arrive in the form of the Dark Angels.
The Blood Ravens have history with the planet Kronus. Used as a recruitment world for many years, when the Great Rift suddently began tearing through worlds across the galaxy Jonah Orion and Captain Cyrus alongside their forces find themselves stranded without any chance of reinforcement.
A battle hardened Blood Ravens squadaire returns to Kronus seeking much needed recruits. Instead they’re immediately dragged into combat facing wave after wave of xenos forces. It isn’t long until the Chapter are struggling to stand a chance.
Dawn of War IV Release Date
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV will be released on December 3, 2026 for players who purchase the game’s standard edition. For those picking up the Commander Edition of the game you’ll be able to get your hands on it starting November 30. That’s right Dawn of War IV owners will have three days of early access.

Post Launch, The Space Marines will also be getting even more love. Free updates throughout the first year will support the game with the return of Crusade Mode. Additionally new maps, modes, Commanders and the Mission Editor will be at your disposal.
Players can also look forward to two epic story expansions that continue the war on Kronus as well as introduce a new playable faction.
