Destiny 2 players can find Xur in Watcher's Grave on Nessus this week.
If you are not familiar with the location, Bungie made it easy to find him as you just need to spawn on the aforementioned landing zone and look straight ahead.
Xur will be located on the giant tree and you can see a large concentration of Guardians around him to pinpoint the position. The ascent starts to the left as you face the tree.

Recommendations
Hawkmoon has a pretty good PvP roll so if you were looking for one, grab it.
Surprisingly enough, Titan rolls have low mobility this time around and that includes the Helm of Saint-14. Chances are this one of, if not the best roll you encountered on this helmet.
Retrofit Escapade has a really good roll for PvE add clearing.
With the exception of Warlock helmet and chest piece as well as Titan chest, all the Legendary armour is worth getting. The star among them is the Hunter helmet with 63 stat total but an amazing stat spread if you are looking for triple 100 or simply want to have your grenades up frequently.
