When the next maintenance occurs in Caliber, on September 13, 2023, 1C Game Studios will reduce prices for all the items in the shop as well as premium currency itself.
This will help deal with one of the biggest complaints the players have with the game so far as it will reduce the entry barrier for some of the character customisation.
Since the premium currency is mostly the way to get customisation options, it will account for many discounts on its own.
Namely, Coin price will be reduced by about 33 per cent, which is already hefty price drop.
Since Credits and Fragments are also options to pay for some content, they will have a few changes too. Coin to Credit exchange rate will now be one to 50.
Items that can be obtained with Fragments will generally be rebalanced rather than cheaper overall. Emblems and HQ backgrounds will be more expensive but camos, emotes and executions will all be much cheaper.
However, all those same items will generally be discounted when purchased for Coins. Price reductions range from 15 to 80 per cent, depending on the type of the item you are purchasng.
Should the prices of battle passes stay the same, they will effectively become cheaper as well since the Coins cost less to purchase now.
