Xur, Agent of the Nine can be found in the northernmost part of the Hangar in The Tower for the period of 11 through 14 October 2019. Guardians found him earlier this week due to the location being in arguably the most active social hub. When you get to the hangar, just turn left and go as far as the map will let you. Xur is on the stairs just left of the aircraft landing pad, seen on the picture below.
From 11 October 2019, the tentacle-faced Santa will offer:
- The Jade Rabbit scout rifles for 29 Legendary Shards
- Mechaneer's Tricksleeves, gauntlets for Hunters, 23 Legendary Shards
- Ashen Wake, gauntlets for Titans, 23 Legendary Shards
- The Stag, helmet for Warlocks, 23 Legendary Shards
Isochronal Engram will set players back 97 Legendary Shards but offers an opportunity to get an Exotic piece that is not on his rotation this week. Furthermore, he sells the Invitation quest for 9 Legendary Shards.
Interestingly enough, The Jade Rabbit offering is here this week too which is Bungie once again confirming they are done with platform exclusives, something . This scout rifle used to be exclusive to PlayStation 4, just like the now-infamous Spec Ops Survival mode from Call of Duty Modern Warfare will be.
The weapon itself is great for those who can't be bothered with recoil and enjoy bonuses on precision shots. Jade Rabbit's laser-like precision will provide them with both, thanks to its unique perk The Fate of All Fools combined with Zen Moment.
