Xur as returned once again with a disappointing inventory and we have bad news for anyone who had hoped for Escalation Protocol armour set.
Destiny 2 players can find Xur in the Tower hangar this week to peruse the mediocre offerings Bungie gave him randomly.
If you are not familiar with the location, spawn in The Courtyard, open the map, place a waypoint on Amanda Holiday, who should be the rightmost icon there, and then follow it to reach her.
Upon reaching Amanda, turn left and go towards the landing pad while keeping an eye on the catwalks to the left. You will spot Xur there, like in the image below.

Vulpecula is quite interesting as Tunnel Vision can be useful in PvP but Explosive Payload on a 180 RPM hand cannon is a beast in its own league. The reason is that the weapon fires fairly fast while the perk flinches the target every time you hit them. In translation, you will frustrate your opponents to no end.

All classes have Legendary armour pieces with over 60 stat total but none that really stand out. Titans still can't catch a break and all their pieces have either high Mobility or Intellect.
