Marvel's Midnight Suns is currently free to play for a limited time and we would highly recommend you check it out.
Following the awesomeness that was XCOM 2 , Firaxis didn't release a turn-based tactics title for almost seven years, at which point Marvel's Midnight Suns came around.
While it was troubled with performance issues, the game ended up being a fantastic foray into the Marvel universe, with characters drawing a little bit of inspiration from the MCU but they mostly were their own thing.
Unfortunately, the game didn't fare all that well when it comes to earnings, with Strauss Zelnick stating it was a commercial flop, despite both the audience and the critics loving it.
With praise on the one hand and the negatives on the other, it is safe to say many potential players are on the fence about buying it so now is the perfect time to figure it out for yourself.

Marvel's Midnight Suns is free to play from February 16 to 19, 2023, which will give you plenty of time to get familiar with the game itself as well as the characters, allowing you to make an educated decision about whether to buy it.
In case you don't get into the later parts of the game, it would be worth noting that the final mission is horrible performance-wise but the story holds up until the very end, having kept me gripped all the way through.
