CD Projekt Red continue to post Cyberpunk 2077 concept art, and since we're suckers for art over here, here's more of Night City's colourful residents.
CDPR's last few concept art posts were looking at Night City from afar, but now they decided to delve a bit deeper.
By the looks of it, we're talking about the darkest depths of the city's underbelly. Well, the corporate guy could be from the darkest heights, if you wanna get technical, but you get the point.
What you see, or more precisely who you see, are Mr. Goldhand, whose nickname appears to be quite literal, and Mr. Jenkins. The latter appears to be less augmented, if at all, and his framing suggests a well-positioned corporate player.
We don't know much about these gentlemen's backstory for now, but we guess we'll find out some soon enough. What we can say with certainty is that Mr. Goldhand doesn't look like someone you'd want to cross, lest you're willing to be choked by gold, non-Midas style.
Cyberpunk 2077's art team has been sharing Night City's concept art lately, and you can check out their images of the city at night here . It must have been daunting approaching them as a game designer, as Night City's beauty is only trumped by its size.
In one of their earlier concept art showings, CDPR teased Westbrook , which is the best place to live provided you have the cash. In case you've noticed the green patch of heaven in the middle of a pretty dark city, that's Westbrook, or at least the greenest and most beautiful part of it.
