Capcom will be hosting their own games showcase on June 13, 2022 where they plan to offer in-depth updates on their previously announced games.
Capcom are starting their own live streamed digital event where they plan to regularly update their fans on in-development projects and more. Today, Capcom confirmed that their debut Capcom Games Showcase will be live-streamed on Monday, June 13, 2022, at 3:00 PM PT / 00:00 CET.
Capcom did not reveal a lot of details about what exactly can we expect to see at the showcase but they have confirmed that the event will run for 35 minutes and will provide news and in-depth updates on previously announced Capcom titles.
So it does seem that Capcom don't plan to reveal new games at this showcase, which is devastating news for Dragon's Dogma fans who were eagerly awaiting to hear about the sequel for many many years.
Though, there's still hope that we see Dragon's Dogma 2 this summer since it's possible that such an announcement appears at other shows like Xbox and Bethesda or Geoff Keighley's Summer Game Fest.
As for the games that will probably be at the Capcom event, we expect to see Pragmata, Resident Evil: Village, Resident Evil 4 Remake, Street Fighter 6, Monster Hunter and more.
Capcom Games Showcase can be watched live on the official Capcom Twitch and YouTube channels.
