According to the latest report from The NPD Group, Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War dominated the sales in the United States in 2020, leaving behind CDPR's heavy-hitter Cyberpunk 2077.
Activision's free to play battle-royale Call of Duty Warzone is doing wonders for the popular shooter franchise. Shorty after the release of the game, the publisher reported that Call of Duty Modern Warfare sales skyrocketed while the integration with the latest game - Black Ops Cold War also helped with sales, making Treyarch's creation, the best selling game of 2020 in the United States.
These sale numbers come from The NPD Group, who published another report today, which includes both physical and digital sale numbers for games sold in the US and according to their data, Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War is No.1 game of 2020 in terms of sales.
