If you go around 14 years back in gaming history, looter shooters weren't nearly as popular as they are today and the main culprit for the genre's boom was Borderlands 2.
Granted, the first Borderlands did a great job as well but it was the first sequel that caused the series to go really massive.
Now, 11 years after its release, we get to celebrate with 11 Golden Keys, if you wanted to go for another playthrough with some fancy guns equipped.
In any case, to get the 11 keys, you simply need to go to the SHiFT site, log in with your account and redeem them. Alternatively, you can get into Borderlands 2 and go to the Social menu to redeem the code there.
The code for 11 keys is: CTWTB-X9ZHB-XBXT9-B3JTJ-3JKW6.
If the 11 keys are not enough, there is a weekly code that will change on a seven-day basis and award three keys each time. The current one is FRRJT-FJ3BB-BBJB3-TJTBT-B9B65.
Code rotations will go on until October 31, 2023, when they will all presumably become deactivated so keep an eye out for the weekly announcements.
