One More Level and 505 Games released a demo for Ghostrunner 2 on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
The game's launch is set for October 26, 2023, but you can now check out the opening sequences at no cost.
Additionally, they announced that players who buy the Brutal Edition will get to play it on October 24 due to the 48-hour early access.
The demo will introduce the players to the cultists who are led by a new threat inside the Dharma Tower. While that sounds just like the "regular" Ghostrunner stuff, the demo will also feature gameplay on Jack's motorcycle and if the screenshots are anything to go by, you will be almsot flying through the streets.
You can check some of the blinding-speed action on the trailer above as well, which premiered during the State of Play.
Besides the early access from the Brutal Edition, the players can get two katana skins and two hand skins in the Traditional Katana Pack, which is reserved for preorders.
That said, you may want to check the demo out first in order to get a better feel of the game and figure out whether you like it or not. While the first Ghostrunner was universally acclaimed, it is a challenging game so it may not be for everyone.
