UFC 4 briefly dethroned Animal Crossing: New Horizons in UK sales but it didn't take the summer hit long to regain the top spot.

UFC 4's glory didn't last long despite being able to knock down a revenue giant such as Animal Crossing: New Horizons during the previous week. It has fallen down to #3 as the title lost the pole position to the aforementioned summer hit and even the runner-up role was taken by another game.

That said, the runner-up is PGA Tour 2K21 which has debuted in the week ending on August 22, 2020. Unlike UFC 4, it didn't manage to grab the top spot during the period of being fresh on the shelves.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe also dropped by one spot during the week and is now sitting at #4, just ahead of Ghost of Tsushima which has similarly lost one place.

Minecraft, on the other hand, managed to hold onto its position from the previous week and is still sixth on the ladder of UK physical sales while it was FIFA 20 that dropped two spots, down to #7.

Whether you prefer to call GTA V a workhorse or a cash cow, the game has held up incredibly well over the years and is still refusing to leave the top 10 revenue gathering lists as it secured #8 spot this week.

Spider-Man saw a massive leap in sales compared to the previous week though as it jumped 11 spots to reach #9, ahead of Nintendo's Ring Fit Adventure which retained its ranking at #10.
