ARC Raiders is heading into its fourth season with the new Riven Tides update. The most awaited major update for the game brings in the new large ARC, map conditions, player projects, events, and a brand-new map.
Like every other extraction shooter out there, players drop into a game, loot different POIs, and extract with it to fill up their stash and complete different objectives. Aside from normal loot areas, you can also venture into locked rooms to get higher-rarity loot.

There are 11 key rooms in the new Riven Tides map. To enter these key rooms, you need to get the required key. As Riven Tides is a newly released map, you will find less competition over the key rooms, and most players you encounter will be friendly for most parts. However, the key rooms in Riven Tides are better than the ones you will find on other maps.
The best key rooms in general are located inside the hotel on different floors. These rooms have a high chance of spawning high-rarity weapons, items, and resources. Moreover, it also has a high chance of spawning rare augment blueprints like Looting Mk3 (Survivor) and Tactical Mk3 (Healing).
The best way to keep your hold on a key room is using a door blocker. As soon as you enter the room, place the door blocker on the door to keep other players from straight up entering the room and taking away your precious loot.
