As you progress through the levels in ARC Raiders, you slowly unlock features like the Trials, which are in-game point-based weekly challenges that are refreshed every week. By earning three stars and points in these challenges, you can climb through the ranks to earn exclusive rewards.
Each week Embark adds a new set of challenges for players to complete and climb up their leaderboards. The Season 6 Week 3 trials are live now, and here's a comprehensive guide on how to earn 3 stars in this week's trials.
What are Trials in ARC Raiders?
Trials is the unofficial rank system in ARC Raiders, which is unlocked at player level 15. Once unlocked, players have to earn points by completing challenges every week and climb up the leaderboards. By earning stars, players can earn exclusive rewards.
The challenges are usually divided into three stages, which are marked by stars. By earning points you can get stars, and each challenge has a limit of 3 stars. For each star, players get a reward, with a total of three rewards for completing a challenge.
By earning points you can earn a position in the leaderboard of 100 players in the same rank. Getting into the top 20 of the leaderboard will earn you a 2x promotion to the next ranks. With 1x promotion allocated for the next 30 positions. The bottom 20 players of the leaderboard are demoted to the previous rank.
How to Get 3 Stars in Season 6 Week 3 Trials in ARC Raiders
Like every week, this week's trials have five challenges players must complete to climb up the leaderboard. These challenges are quite easy, but you have to follow some simple strategies to effectively finish them without wasting your important resources. Here's an in-depth guide on how to get 3 stars in Season 6 Week 3 trials in ARC Raiders:
Destroy Ticks, Pops, and Fireballs using a Stiletto
For this trial, head to Buried City or Stella Montis with a Stiletto. You'll find Ticks, Pops, and Fireballs moving around different POIs of the map, then shoot it with the Stiletto. On Stella Montis, head to the Seed Vault to take out the Ticks swarming that place, and get easy points in no time.
Search kitchen cabinets
The best method for completing this trial is to make runs through the residential areas in any map. The best map to complete this challenge is by playing on the Blue Gate and Dam Battlegrounds map. Here's the best map route for this trial:
Damage ARC enemies using a Rascal
To complete this trial, head to any map of the game with a Rascal as your secondary weapon. It can be easily used to take out Wasps, Pops, and Fireballs for the easiest score. You can also focuse on Bastions or Bombardiers as they are more stationary compared to flying ARCs.
Deal damage using a Bully Fragmenter
This might be the hardest trial of this week. For this trial, you'll need to take out the new Bully ARC on Pendola Pass. Then use the fragmenter as a grenade to damage ARCs. The best way for this trial is focusing on ground ARCs like Bastions and Bombardiers.
Open Containers in Old Town
For this trial, head to Old Town in Buried City, then focus your search on all buildings. Loot any breachable container, locker, and security breach to complete this trial in no time.
Getting 3 stars with decent points in trials will guarantee you a spot in the top 20 of the leaderboard. Remaining in the top 20 will also allow you to jump 2 ranks once the trials are refreshed for next week.
