Destiny 2 keeps changing each season, although simple change is not what players seem to be enjoying. Still, Bungie are pushing with the seasonal model which mandates things have to be altered, regardless of how well they impact the state of the game.
Anyway, one of the changes players have actually been asking for is getting implemented - weekly bounties are going away so we will not be forced to farm 150 Vex in strikes that are barely populated with the robotic enemies.
This also means that any potential Bright Dust will be lost if you don't redeem the bounties before the next weekly reset on February 9, 2021.
Weekly bounties that will retire with Season of the Chosen are:
- Vanguard bounties
- Crucible bounties
- Gambit bounties
- Gunsmith bounties
Besides the weekly bounties, there are a few other things you should use up before they become obsolete or removed. Crucible tokens will be useless after Season 13 kicks in so make sure you grab all that gear and enhancement cores from Shaxx while you can.

Memory Fragments for Stasis will also go away and Crow bounties will not be appearing next season.
