Xur is selling numerous okayish items this week but there is one gem among them, favoured by the Destiny 2 PvP community.
Xur's location
You can find the vendor in Winding Cove, EDZ, this week. If you're new to Destiny 2 or unfamiliar with the location for other reasons, just spawn in the landing zone of the area and turn slightly left. Go that way to reach a ledge that splits the path into two. Take the path to the right and follow it until you see a crashed ship on your left. You can either go underneath the ship through a cave or climb the rocks to the right to reach Xur.

Iota Draconis has the perfect PvP roll. You will need to get used to the long charge time but when you do, you will have an absolute killing machine on your hands. Combining high precision and long range, you will land most shots on your target but even if you don't the weapon will be forgiving and grant kills if you miss a part of the burst.
Ikelos SMG is highly stable and accurate, once again a weapon useful in PvP. On the other hand, Funnelweb exists so the Ikelos one is useful only if you don't have the latter.
