Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Patch 1.5.1 has now been released for both PC and console, bringing some important fixes and performance improvements. Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is an action RPG in the Soulslike style that dropped in early access back in March, and has since been building up its base of players.
The game was developed by Leenzee and published by 505 Games. Hot on the heels of Patch 1.5, this latest update is all about fixing bugs and smoothing over the technical performance. There are now some under-the-hood optimizations as well as various performance improvements, including NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency support, VRAM usage improvements and more.
Everything has been optimized to reduce stuttering during combat and make everything more responsive to inputs, as well as generally improving stability.
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers had already built a good reputation for the quality of its combat and overall dark style and aesthetic, but some technical problems have dogged the game’s launch. Hopefully with updates like this it will continue to get the regular attention it needs for long term support.
