Wuchang: Fallen Feathers from 505 Games will launch next month on July 24, but we now finally have an eye on the official PC requirements for the action-RPG.
Looks can be deceiving, and despite some seemingly high-flying visuals the demands here are actually very reasonable by today’s standards - especially considering the game supports DLSS and FSR.
Minimum requirements
Minimum requirements are an Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 16 GB RAM, GTX 1060 (6 GB) or Radeon RX 580 (8 GB), 60 GB installation space, with an SSD recommended (and required for medium and above presets).
- Support for HDD is also noted for low preset play.
Recommended requirements
Recommended specs are more beefy, but only slightly, with the title suggesting a Core i7-9700 or Ryzen 5 5500, 16 GB RAM, and a GeForce RTX 2070, Radeon RX 5700 XT, or Intel Arc A750.
The studio hasn’t shared any specific performance targets yet like target FPS or resolution, but the basic requirements certainly seem to point to strong optimization with both DLSS and FSR turned on.
Also, oddly, there’s no mention of 4K specs just yet, but presumably those could be revealed closer to the game’s launch.
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers will be available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC, and will also launch day one for Xbox Game Pass. Be sure to stay tuned for more performance targets from Leenzee, and be sure to check out our Wuchang: Fallen Feathers Interview, for more on what to expect from the Soulslike journey.
