Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is being developed by Chinese indie developer Leenzee Games, who have revealed 18 minutes of new gameplay, which gives us a first look at the game.
Chinese developers have been showcasing some pretty impressive games lately and the most recent one comes from indie studio Leenzee Games, who have showcased Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, their brand new souls-like action RPG.
The game is currently in development and the team are targeting the 2024 release window. Interestingly, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers looks pretty solid in the gameplay video, so it's a bit surprising that the release date is still years away.
Here is the official trailer description from IGN :
"Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is developed by Leenzee Games, a Chinese indie studio founded in 2016. This upcoming action RPG takes us to the Ming Dynasty of ancient China. Based on historic events, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers focuses on fictional character, Wuchang, and her journey of seeking the truth. Watch 18 minutes of exclusive Wuchang: Fallen Feathers gameplay to see it in action. This gameplay also features English subtitles. Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is currently in development and is planned to release in 2024."
At the moment, there are no details about the release platforms, but we assume Wuchang: Fallen Feathers will be coming to PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Given that the release is in 2024, we doubt PS4 and Xbox One players will get their hands on the game.
