Ubisoft have rolled out the 2.10 update for Watch Dogs: Legion and while they're expecting the PlayStation 4 patch later in the week, this one is all about Xbox One stability.
"For Xbox One, we’re taking an incremental approach to deploying stability fixes. As the first step, this patch will improve game stability and address many of the crashes experienced by our players on the platform. We thank you for your patience, and will continue to monitor your feedback as we work to bring a better gaming experience for everyone", the dev wrote.
So, the update makes resource optimisation improvements for Watch Dogs: Legion's user interface, textures and AI, which should cut down on the number of crashes occurring during gameplay. Also fixed was the issue that caused a crash when players exited to the main menu.
Ubisoft made a number of stability improvements to the in-game areas Carousel Plaza, Slaughterhouse and Tower of London.
Doomed Operatives will no longer meet their doom after recruitment, with Watch Dogs: Legion developer adding, "What do we say to the god of death?" Very dark Ubi - but funny nevertheless.
The last change in the 2.10 update is the issue that caused highly reflective clothes to appear as black in the Team App.
Note that Ubisoft posted the patch notes late last night, so the Watch Dogs: Legion update 2.10 is already live. So, if you've been experiencing any of the aforementioned issues, you can now jump in and hopefully have a crash-less session.
Ubisoft didn't say when to expect the aforementioned PlayStation 4 patch so we'll be keeping an eye out.
