About Warhammer 40k: Battlesector on console
Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector transports its players to the battlegrounds of the 41st Millennium. The single-player campaign takes place after the Devastation of Baal as Sergeant Carleon and his allies labour to drive out the Tyranid infestation on Baal Secundus and salvage what's left of Blood Angels' honour.
Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector for console will arrive fully kitted out with achievement and trophy support, in addition to an updated UI and custom-made control scheme. The base game will get a couple of DLCs over the coming months. The additional content will add new factions, maps and modes. The first two DLCs will launch on December 2, for both console and PC.
Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector DLC
Blood Angels Elites DLC
Players will gain access to Assault Terminators and Sanguinary Guard. Assault Terminators come with the Deep Strike ability, and The Sanguinary Guard is able to quickly traverse the battlefield with the help of their trusty Jump Pack. The Sanguinary Guard can also equip an array of different ranged and melee weapon options.
Tyranid Elites DLC
Say hello to the Broodlord and Hive Guard. The Broodlord are excellent warriors, specialising in melee. They can also confuse nearby targets. The Hive Guard takes care of the ranged attacks but they still prefer to wear heavy armour.
