Ubisoft's subscription service Ubisoft+ could soon introduce different tiers with different price points. The recent leak reveals Classic, Basic and Lite tiers.
Right now, the price of the Ubisoft+ subscription service is $ 14.99 per month and this price basically gets you access to the latest Ubisoft titles as soon as they release, and over 100 games on PC.
However, it looks like Ubisoft are looking to split their service into tiers, allowing players to choose what kind of games they want to get and how much money they want to spend on such service. According to leaked Ubisoft files, the publisher will offer three tiers named Lite, Basic and Classic.
Ubisoft+ Lite tier is $5 per month and it includes games released "18 months ago or before". The total catalogue for the Lite tier includes over 100 games.
The Ubisoft+ Basic tier seems to be very similar to Lite. It costs $7 per month and it also includes a catalogue of over 100 games. Both Lite and Basic grant access to the main game content only.
As for the most expensive one, the Classic tier is priced at $9 per month and it gives players access to the main game and post-launch content. On top of this, the tier includes premium editions of games with season passes and more. This tier seems to be the closest one to the current service.
You can check out all three tiers here.
Of course, as with any other rumour or leak, take this with a grain of salt, since it's not officially confirmed by the publisher.
