Riot's buffing spree continues with League of Legends Patch 13.19

Riot is shaking up the meta in preparation for Worlds 2023 with these champion buffs

Riot Games is gearing up to apply significant buffs to several champions and items in League of Legends Patch 13.19.

Worlds patch in League of Legends has been relatively modest in size. Riot Games typically reserves the more substantial and meta-defining alterations for patches leading up to the Worlds. However, the upcoming Worlds 2023 patch, Patch 13.19, is breaking from this tradition by introducing a notable array of changes.

This patch brings forth a substantial number of champion buffs. Renowned champions such as Lee Sin, Lissandra, and Pyke are among those receiving significant boosts.

Additionally, there are some unexpected contenders, including Ziggs, Twitch, Jhin, and Galio, who are also benefiting from buffs. Furthermore, slight enhancements are being applied to items like Randuin’s Omen and Seeker’s Armguard.

Champion Buffs

Galio:

Ultimate Ability (R - Hero’s Endurance) Cooldown: Reduced from 200/180/160 seconds to 180/160/140 seconds.

Gangplank:

Ultimate Ability (R - Cannon Barrage) Cooldown: Decreased from 180/160/140 seconds to 170/150/130 seconds.
Ultimate Ability (Death’s Daughter) Slow: Enhanced from 60% for 1 second to 75% for 1 second.
Ultimate Ability (Raise Morale) Movement Speed: Increased from 30% for 2 seconds to 40% for 2 seconds.

Jhin:

Ultimate Ability (R - Curtain Call) Damage: Boosted from 50/125/200 (+ 25% total AD) to 64/154/244 (+ 25% total AD).

Lee Sin:

Base Armor: Upped from 34 to 36.
Second Ability (W - Iron Will) Omnivamp: Adjusted from 5/10.5/16/21.5/27% to 10/14/18/22/26%.

Lissandra:

Second Ability (W - Ring of Frost) Root Duration: Extended from 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds to 1.25/1.35/1.45/1.55/1.65 seconds.

Nunu & Willump:

Third Ability (E - Snowball Barrage) Magic Damage Per Hit: Increased from 16/24/32/40/48 (+ 10% AP) to 16/24/32/40/48 (+ 15% AP).
Maximum Total Magic Damage: Adjusted from 144/216/288/360/432 (+ 90% AP) to 144/216/288/360/432 (+ 135% AP).

Pyke:

Health Growth: Raised from 104 Health per level to 110 Health per level.
Second Ability (W - Ghostwater Dive) Cooldown: Reduced from 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 seconds to 12/11/10/9/8 seconds.

Syndra:

First Ability (Q - Dark Sphere) Damage: Increased from 70/105/140/175/210 to 75/110/145/180/215.

Twitch:

Ultimate Ability (R - Spray and Pray) Missile Speed: Enhanced from 4000 to 5000.

System Buffs

Randuin’s Omen:

Gold Cost: Decreased from 3000 to 2700.

Seeker’s Armguard:

Armor: Increased from 15 to 20.

These buffs and adjustments will be unleashed in Patch 13.19, scheduled for release on September 27, 2023. The maintenance and release times are as follows:
