Here is the League of Legends Patch 13.19 preview!

League of Legends Patch 13.19 is on the horizon, bringing fresh updates. Patch 13.19 for League of Legends is scheduled for release on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.

League of Legends received its latest update in Patch 13.18, where Riot expressed contentment with the game's overall balance. This patch introduced Briar and brought forth several buffs and nerfs, including significant changes such as Briar adjustments and removal of the Galeforce mythic item.

Despite the generally positive reception of Patch 13.18, Riot found it necessary to provide a hotfix for Briar due to her dismal win rate. Now, players can anticipate Patch 13.19, the update designated for Worlds 2023.

Patch 13.19 appears to be brimming with numerous champion buffs. However, as Riot's Phroxzon hinted in the Patch Preview, these adjustments may not be as extensive. Ultimately, this patch seems geared towards fine-tuning the game for the Worlds competition. Here's what we know so far.

Champion Buffs

  • Galio: To bolster Galio's performance in the current meta, Riot plans to grant him buffs that should enhance his laning phase and roaming capabilities.
  • Gangplank: Gangplank, while not severely underpowered, is set to receive minor buffs to improve his overall performance.
  • Jhin: Riot acknowledges Jhin's decent spot but intends to give him more carry potential when ahead.
  • Lee Sin: After nerfs in Patch 13.17, Lee Sin is slated for a comeback with buffs to regain his strength.
  • Lissandra: The specifics of Lissandra's buffs are yet undisclosed.
  • Nunu & Willump: Expect some AP-focused buffs for Nunu & Willump, although the exact changes are still under wraps.
  • Pyke: Pyke's weaker status will be addressed with buffs, though Riot aims to maintain a balance that avoids making him frustrating to play against.
  • Syndra: Syndra will see a minor buff to her E – Scatter The Weak, with the cooldown reduced from 17 to 16 seconds.
  • Twitch: While Twitch is in line for buffs, the details remain undisclosed, and they are not expected to be substantial.
  • Ziggs: Ziggs, a strong bot-laner but lackluster mid-laner, is set to receive buffs in the mid-lane to potentially shine at Worlds 2023.

Champion Nerfs

  • Rek’Sai: Riot acknowledges that Stridebreaker has significantly buffed Rek’Sai and is planning corresponding nerfs to make her less oppressive.
  • Renekton: A staple in Pro Play, Renekton will undergo a small nerf by reducing his Magic Resistance from 32 to 28 to allow for more counterplay.
  • Zeri: Zeri's dominance in Pro Play prompts a notable change, with her Movement Speed reduced from 335 to 330.

System Buffs

  • Randuin’s Omen: This item's cost is being reduced from 3000 to 2700 gold to enhance its gold efficiency, making it a more appealing choice against Crit builds.
  • Seeker’s Armguard: Seeker’s Armguard's armor value is increasing from 15 to 20 to provide better protection for AP champions against AD-based damage dealers.

Skins

  • Patch 13.19 introduces the "La Ilusión" skins, consisting of seven unique skins featuring champions like Draven, Gnar, Nidalee, Qiyana, Renata Glasc, Prestige Renata Glasc, and Ziggs.

This patch, aligned with the Worlds 2023 event, appears to focus on minor balance adjustments and system improvements, ensuring a more competitive and engaging experience for League of Legends players.
