A video containing a deleted dialogue between Tyr and Kratos has been released on YouTube, which clearly shows that Kratos' next destination could be Egypt.
YouTube channel Omega Fantasy has just released a video containing a deleted line of dialogue between Tyr and Kratos, where Tyr makes it clear that Kratos' next destination will be Egypt. The description of the video says:
"Finally, we have found some hidden content regarding the sequel to God of War: Ragnarök, and there is a lot to unpack! This is a leaked dialogue from the latest patch that added dialogue for Tyr talking about the Egyptian Gods and the future of the Mask!"
The video shows the dialogue between Kratos and Tyr in Muspelheim, in the place called The Spark of the Worlds. After beating the main story in God of War: Ragnarök , Kratos can travel to most of the realms to engage in conversation with Tyr , the Norse god of war, and find out more about him. One of the destinations is Muspelheim, The Spark of the Worlds, although, in the original conversation, there is no mention of Egypt or any other references to a new location for the next God of War game.
In addition to the location of the next God of War destination that is mentioned in this video, Tyr talks about the fate of the mask, one of the biggest mysteries from God of War: Ragnarök, and how it might return, if only in a different form. There have been many debates among fans about the mask's fate, but it appears that it is not the last we will see of it, as it is set to return in the next God of War game if rumours are true.
It remains to be seen how true all this will turn out to be and whether Kratos will really deal with the Egyptian pantheon. It is still unknown whether it will be a completely new game or if we will still receive additional content for God of War: Ragnarök, though based on Santa Monica's past track record, the second option seems unlikely.
