Do you like boomer shooters? Good, there are plenty of them on the way and they will all be showcased during the same event - Realms Deep 2022.
Realms Deep is returning in 2022, starting on September 16 at 12:00 PM PST (noon) / 9:00 PM CEST and wrapping up on September 18. You can tune in via Twitch or YouTube if you're not attending in person.
The event will celebrate all things 3D Realms , which means a bunch of boomer shooters and an occasional game in other genres, often in retro style.
Do you know what else is retro? LAN parties. Yes, 3D Realms will organise one in Aalborg, Denmark, and it will run parallel with the showcase event.
For the more modern folks and those unable to attend in person, there will be a Steam sale and demo event for all games published by 3D Realms. They will all be featured in some way but there is no guarantee a demo will be available for every title.
Numerous games will be featured but the ones that have been officially mentioned for the time being are GRAVEN , Core Decay, Wrath and the Aftershock expansion for Ion Fury .
Overall, the event sounds pretty hype already so make sure you tune in so you don't miss out on some proper nostalgia overdose.
