Popular battle-royale title PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is getting a brand new map in Season 9. Named Paramo, this volcano-themed map is coming later this month.
While PUBG has certainly lost the battle-royale king status, the game is still played by many hardcore fans who it despite the flaws.
That's why PUBG team are working hard on bringing new content to those who play the game regularly. As you may know, PUBG is currently in its eight season, which is coming to an end very soon.
This month, Season 9 will be officially introduced on both PC and consoles and it's bringing a brand new map called Paramo.
PUBG team just released a tease for the map, showcasing the volcanic landscape and fog-covered highlands. Check it out in the short video below:
As you can see, the release date for Season 9 on PC is set for Wednesday, October 21, 2020, while PlayStation and Xbox players will get to experience the lava-drenched map a week later - Thursday, October 29, 2020.
Of course, the ninth season of PUBG will also bring other additions just like its predecessors but at the moment we do not know what exactly PUBG team plan to introduce along with Paramo.
New weapon is a safe bet and new vehicles too but until we get an official reveal, this is just a speculation.
