Old School RuneScape players have just a few days left to prepare for the competitive DMM Tournament which opens to members this Friday. The tournament will go on for a month.

Old School RuneScape's competitive DMM Tournament will go live this Friday (1 May). The Tournament is part of Jagex’s contribution to the game industry’s #PlayApartTogether initiative.

The tournament will open on 1 May 2020 at 12:00 p.m. GMT and go on for a month. All participants will begin the tournament with brand new characters and race to level up as quickly as possible. DMM takes place on a dangerous PvP server and when players are killed, they’ll forfeit substantial progress.

Those who finish the opening stage in the top 2,000 will go on to take part in the live finale on 30 May. The finale will further weed out the unlikely winners and leave only 256 players in the running.

The final 256 players will play 1v1 knockout rounds until a victor emerges.
