RuneScape is getting a new questline later in July. Titled 'Desperate Measures', the questline is a direct follow up to last year’s Desperate Times narrative.
Jagex have announced that the latest chapter in the RuneScape story is titled Desperate Measures. The new quest is meant for the players who yearn to test their newly acquired Archaeology skills and dive deeper into the world's lore.
Desperate Measures will launch on Monday, July 27, 2020, is a direct follow up to last year’s Desperate Times narrative and will continue the Elder Gods questline.
Coming soon, the new quest will bring a new environment, unique rewards and Dragonkin secrets.
RuneScape’s Elder Gods series' new chapter - Desperate Measures - will give the players a chance to take the recently introduced Archaeology skill for a test run.
Last year had the Desperate Times narrative and this year that narrative, as well as the Elder Gods questline, will continue.
Desperate Measures will see RuneScape players gather a team and use their new Archaeology abilities to discover new mysteries in the dinosaur-infested island of Anachronia.
Everyone who dares to investigate the Kerapac threat will learn more about the Dragonkin, a race of powerful dragon-like creatures.
Desperate Measures will bring the game’s world of Gielinor to the edge of catastrophe and set certain events in motion, that will inevitably lead to the rising of the Elder Gods, and the Elder God Wars.
Desperate Measures will be taken on Monday, July 27.
