A bunch of details about NetherRealm's next Mortal Kombat game have leaked today, revealing the title, pricing, platforms and editions.

NetherRealm's next Mortal Kombat game, which should be announced very soon, will be titled Mortal Kombat 1, according to reliable leaker billbill-kun, who revealed a bunch of details about the game via Twitter.

According to the information shared by the leaker, Mortal Kombat 1 will be coming to PC , PlayStation 5 , Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch . There will be no PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions, which is a bit odd given that the game is releasing on Switch.

Mortal Kombat 1 will come in three editions - Standard, Premium and Kollector's. The Standard version will cost $69.99, the Premium one is $109.99 while the physical-only Kollector's Edition is $249.99.

Since none of this is official news, we suggest you take it with a dose of scepticism, until NetherRealm and Warner Bros. provide more details. That being said, billbil-kun is a reliable leaker so we don't have any doubts that the information above is legit.

Mortal Kombat 1 is expected to be revealed at the rumoured PlayStation Showcase , which should air later this month according to industry sources.

NetheRealm have been teasing the game for a while now with the latest hint coming on Twitter last night, stating "It's almost time" with a gif of a clock that stops at 1, suggesting the official title is indeed Mortal Kombat 1.

All in all, it's certainly an exciting time for the fans of this brutal fighting title. We can't wait to see more in the coming weeks!
