Fearless warrior Conan the Barbarian could reportedly come to Mortal Kombat 1 in some form, according to the latest rumors. At the moment, it's unclear whether Conan would be a playable character.
Even before NetherRealm Studios officially announced Mortal Kombat 1 , the fans of this iconic fighting franchise have been speculating about the game's potential fighter roster.
Obviously, the character roster is one of the most important features of every fighting game so it's not surprising to see fans of Mortal Kombat talking about the game's lineup of fighters.
Recently, speculation intensified as the first leaks revealed that Homelander from The Boys and DC's Peacemaker could be coming to Mortal Kombat 1. Additionally, the same source mentioned that Conan the Barbarian is another potential candidate for the roster.
The info comes from Jez Corden, a reliable and trusted industry insider who mentioned the details in the recent episode of his Xbox Two Podcast . When speaking about Mortal Kombat 1's characters, Corden said that he heard Conan "the Barbarian might be a character" in the game.

At the moment, it's unclear whether this is Arnold Schwarzenegger's Conan the Barbarian or some other version of this fierce warrior.
Since none of this is official information, we suggest you take it with a pinch of salt, just like any other rumour or unconfirmed information.
That being said, it would be really awesome to have Conan the Barbarian in Mortal Kombat 1 as a playable character, especially if Warner Bros. manage to get the iconic version played by Arnie.
