Capcom's action-RPG Monster Hunter: World has been a major success for the publisher ever since the game officially released back in 2018. The latest achievement once again cements Monster Hunter: World as the best selling Capcom game of all time.
After reaching 12 million sold copies worldwide, earlier this year, Capcom have now officially confirmed that Monster Hunter: World has shipped 13 million units since its release in January 2018 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and August 2018 on the PC platform.
"Hunters, we've hit another big [Monster Hunter: World] milestone: 13 million units shipped worldwide!" Capcom announced via the game's official Twitter profile.
Of course, such an achievement requires a proper celebration and Capcom will have special gifts ready for every player in just a couple of days. The publisher confirmed that Monster Hunter: World players will get a special item pack, which contains five items and will be available between 25 July 2019 and 29 August 2019 as a Daily Login Bonus.
As we already mentioned, the special pack includes five items:
- 1 x Attack Jewel
- 13 x Appreciation Ticket
- 13 x Silver Egg
- 3 x Gold Wyverian Print
- 3 x Heavy Armour Sphere
It's safe to say that many will stop reading at the Attack Jewel as it's a really nice gift from Capcom. Attack Jewels are some of the rarest items in the game that can be placed in weapons to gain or enhance your skills.
Given that some players spent 200 hours playing Monster Hunter: World and never got a single drop of Attack Jewel, this special gift will certainly be appreciated by many monster slayers.
