Capcom have officially revealed their plans for Monster Hunter World: Iceborne's final content drop - Title Update 5. The new content will start rolling out on October 1, and it includes new monster Fatalis, Arch-Tempered Velkhana and more.
In the latest Developer Diary stream titled The Final Stand, Monster Hunter World: Iceborne team have talked in detail about the upcoming Title Update 5, which is officially the final update for Capcom's mega-popular online RPG.
Title Update 5 content will start rolling out on September 30 at 5:00 PM PDT / October 1 at 1:00 AM BST. A new monster named Fatalis will be available immediately while the rest of the content will arrive a bit later. A limited time hunt for Arch-Tempered Velkhana still does not have a release date but it should be available sometime during Autumn.
On top of this, Autumn Harvest Fest and Fun Fright Fest are kicking off on October 16 and November 5.
As always, those who take down the big dragon Fatalist will get a bunch of rewards such as new weapons and armour but keep in mind that this will be one tough fight since Fatalis is the last big boss in the game.
All in all, that's a lot of new content for Monster Hunter World players who have been enjoying the game since January 2018. Over the course of almost three years now, Capcom have done a splendid job content-wise but it looks like the publisher are ready to close the book and potentially reveal their plans for the next Monster Hunter game.
