Marvel's Spider-Man comes to PC with improved shadows, Nvidia DLSS, ultra-wide support, ray-traced reflections and unlocked frame-rate.

Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered package which comes with the first Spider-Man game and Spider-Man Miles Morales is officially hitting PC on August 12, 2022, and if you are excited to play these critically acclaimed PlayStation exclusives, today we have the official PC system specs for a wide variety of resolutions and graphical settings.

Judging by the sheet you can see below, Spidey will be one demanding game on PC but since both titles look ridiculously good on PlayStation, it's not surprising to see that the PC requirements are a bit higher than expected.

Here are the minimum, recommended and other PC system requirements for Marvel's Spider-Man and Spider-Man Miles Morales:

Sony Spider-Man Remastered requires very beefy hardware Spider-Man Remastered requires very beefy hardware

You'll notice that for 1440p at 60 FPS with ray-tracing on High, Nixxess and Insomniac recommend Nvidia RTX 3070 or AMD 6900 XT. For the Ultimate ray-tracing preset you'll need RTX 3080 or AMD flagship card RX 6950 XT. Yes, Spidey is a very power-hungry game.

As for the exclusive PC features, we have to say that the devs did a pretty good job since Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered comes with Nvidia DLSS, DLAA, ultra-wide monitor support, unlocked frame rate and more.

Oh, and the DualSense controller is also fully supported on PC with all the fancy trigger functions and haptic feedback.

Check out the PC features trailer below, for the full breakdown:

All in all, a very cool trailer with some great PC features. Sony and the dev teams certainly did their homework with this PC port, at least on paper. For the actual PC performance and optimisation, we'll have to wait until August 12, 2022, and the actual release.
